Senergy Stucco Systems

Graham Chimney Service is proud to be Metro's premiere installer of Senergy Stucco Systems. The Senergy stucco system is a Portland cement based, 3-part stucco system, reinforced with acrylics and polymers that consists of 2 coats of Alpha Dry base, first one with an embedded fibre reinforcing matt, and a topcoat in customer’s choice of colour.

The use of this system enables the complete restoration/waterproofing of old masonry chimneys/structures that saves the expensive and labour intensive procedure of grinding/ tuckpointing mortar joints-cutting out and replacing cracked/spalled brick. The renewed structure is completely waterproofed/restored with a 5-year labour/10-year product warranty.

The typical chimney restoration comes with a 2 step, concrete crown that is 5-6 inchs thick, isolation joint, drip edge and related caulking.
